I was referred to Mike from a friend which has to be the greatest indicator of trust. Mike spent two and half days installing a security camera system and wiring our outdoor tv. He does not rush the work and makes sure you are happy every step of the way. His attention to detail and professionalism was greatly appreciated. All wires were hidden and in places where he had to run them through the drywall, repairs were done flawlessly. Mike also went above his scope of work and helped me identify an issue with our wifi - signals were low. I called Rogers and everything is working much better now. I highly recommend Mike for your security and other audio and video needs.

Can't thank Mike Pham enough for his excellent work in setting up our new audio/visual equipment to work with some of our old audio/video equipment. We had 2 other companies come in and tell us we needed thousands of dollars worth of equipment to bring our system up to date. I couldn't figure out why we needed to buy new equipment when our old (expensive) equipment was working just fine. These other companies said you can't marry the old with the new. Mike, came in and for only $320 fixed our system and got our new equipment working with our old equipment. Everything works perfectly now! Plus, we had to call him a second time when we had a problem with our sub-woofer. He came and quickly diagnosed the problem, ran new wires to our powered sub-woofer and and fixed it as well for only $320 (4 hours labour/materials). The total for both calls was only $640, a far cry less than the thousands of dollars the other two companies wanted us to spend! Mike Pham at Trust Audio Visual is now our "Go-to-guy" for everything Audio/Visual and Security etc. And he should be yours too! Thank you again, Mike!

Mike did an excellent job choosing and installing our security cameras system. He worked very diligently and left no mess behind. We liked him so much that we called him again to work on the outside of our house, a job that three other people couldn't or wouldn't do. the job wasn't easy, wire had to be passed under stucco without damaging it in order to connect five lamps which hadn't been working for seven years. Mike assured that he could do the job and no expensive stucco work would be required. I didn't think he could but my wife trusted him. To my disbelief he did it and amazingly to perfection. Thanks magic Mike, we will hire you and highly recommend you any time!

Mike did a fantastic job. From start to finish, Mike listened to my concerns and always aimed to please. With a finished basement, the idea of carrying lines across the home had me worried. Mike knew exactly where to feed the camera lines to minimize work within the home. He patched up the work and made it look good as new. Trust Audio Video aims to please. They won't walk away from the job until it is done to your satisfaction. I have already told Mike that I intend to call him back when I decide to add more cameras to the home. His prices are reasonable and you can clearly tell that his main objective is to ensure you are happy. Give him a call...you won't be sorry.

We called Mike to install some exterior security cameras and pot lights around our house. The pictures speak for itself, it looks absolutely amazing. A lot of thought were put into everything from placement of the potlights + camera, the colour of the lighting , quality of the cameras etc. We have high ceilings throughout the entire house , so the elevation of our house is quite high. One can only imagine how Mike was able to get some of the potlights in the most hard to reach nooks. Our security cameras are great ! It captures all the right angles and the quality is amazing. We can view all 5 locations, zoom in and out on our phone and also through our tv. Mike and his team were extremely professional. They patched up all the drywall they needed to cut through beautifully. Areas that they worked on was cleaner than we had left it after they were done! We also have an infant at home, and the entire team were very mindful of our little ones schedule...noise was kept to a minimum as it could be, and they worked around areas they knew where the little guy will be occupying. Thanks Mike for all the hard work done (especially in this crazy heat) and spending the time to go over our options and being patient with us!
